Your case will be dealt with by the WIN solicitor based closest to where you live, and you will deal with one solicitor throughout the entire process of your claim.
This means you won’t be dealing with impersonal call centres, and your solicitor will be on hand to give you all the help and advice you need.
Once we have identified your nearest solicitor we will call you to discuss your case and ascertain whether we believe you are entitled to compensation. This may be followed up by an appointment either at the solicitor’s office, or we can visit you at home or in hospital if appropriate.
